Frequently asked questions

Will this work if I've already tried physio and it didn't help?

Most people who come to FlexyStrength have already been through physio. The coaching looks beyond temporary relief to the movement and strength patterns that may be driving the problem, then builds a plan around you.

How long until I start seeing results?

Many people notice a difference within the first few weeks. Your timeline depends on your starting point and how consistently you can follow the plan.

Do I need to be able to train pain-free to get started?

No. Many clients begin with pain or restriction. Training starts where you are now and gradually expands what your body can do.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Most clients train three to four times per week. Sessions are focused and efficient, so a few consistent hours can create meaningful progress.
